Beijing will hold a Miami style party with food and drinks in collaboration with Mosto restaurant from Saunlitun. It is a good go to enjoy some delicate summer cocktails including Sweet Broiled Lemon Margarita, and Red Pisco Sour made of Campo de Encanto pisco, orange juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, egg whites, angostura bitters. The Miami-themed parity is to celebrate the opening of East, Miami, Swire Hotels' first property in the United States and the third hotel under the East brand after East, Hong Kong and East, Beijing.
