The 14th Mongolian Costume Arts Festival kicked off in Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Nov 27.

Centering on the fashion design competition, the festival provides a chain of support for participating designers, including seminars, costume exhibitions and spot sales.

This year's event highlights the creative designs of school uniforms and projects by university students.
