Comment on "Survey shows people lack trust in each other" (China Daily, Oct 20)

Irrespective of what other people have done or will do, I choose to follow my heart. I will never be a bystander to a tragedy.

I will help the aged and the needy without any hesitation.

We should not get lost in today's imperfect society. Instead, we should use the "inner energy" of our heart to help the needy.
