The international department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee published a group of cartoons on its website to illustrate how the Party selects and appoints officials on Saturday. This is the first time that the authorities have created cartoons both in Chinese and in English to demonstrate how officials are elected. Let's have a look at some of the cartoons.
