Belgian fans of the Chinese health qigong are performing in Brussels on Aug 21. Courses that aim to train European coaches of the health qigong started on Aug 21 in Brussels. About 83 participants from 17 European countries, that are from 31 health qigong organizations will receive training and then they will take Duan grading examinations. Duan is an indication to the level of training the practitioner.Health qigong is a traditional Chinese athletic exercise integrating the adjustments of body, breath and mind.
