Dreamlike university dorm in Chongqing

A male dormitory in Chongqing University, decorated like "The sky of the city", a famous Japanese animation, was hailed as the "most beautiful male dormitory" in the university, cqnews.cn reported on Wednesday.

The blue-hued dormitory, decorated with stars and musical notes, was designed by four college boys, who wanted to make their dormitory more quiet and beautiful.

"The blue sky and bright stars are barely seen due to the rainy weather in Chongqing, so I just wanted to add some color to our dormitory", said Wu Jiekang, one of the designers.

While the dreamlike dormitory drew the admiration of many girls in the university, others derided it as being too girly for male students.
