Son's drawing recalls estranged mother

Sometimes, pictures are able to speak thousands of words.

Four-year-old Xiao Yi (not his real name) was diagonosed with a rare skin disease two years ago. Since then, his parents quarreled often over their son's disease and Xiao Yi's mother left not long after that.

But the little lonely boy has never stopped missing his mother. He spoke less but painted more. When his aunt saw a painting in which Xiao Yi drew himself flying a kite with his mom and dad, she took a photo of the drawing and sent it to Xiao Yi's mother.

The mother returned and the family reunited. Xiao Yi is now taking medical treatment in Guangzhou, and his disease is under control.
