It's been brought so much into the press, and I think we can stand by one opinion that all the women have: We're ready to play, whatever it is.

Sara Errani: (on what changed in that first set from 5 2) Yeah, the more important thing was that we changed balls. The ball after one game was like cats, so was a bit heavy and I was feeling more comfortable. Then on 5 2, we changed, and then she also started to play better, more aggressive. But of course, the very important thing was the change of balls.

Angelique Kerber: (on losing to Serena Williams) I think I served very good, but she was returning unbelievable. Actually, she didn't give me a small chance to breathe, and I had, in the whole match, I had actually the feeling that she was she gives me pressure all the time.
