Mashang Finance Company launched a credit App on Dec 14, Chongqing Daily reported.
With the support of the municipal human resource bureau, the company offers credit up to 200,000 yuan for individuals who have stable income and social security in Chongqing.
"Spicy Debt" is the first consumption financial debt App in Chongqing. Its backstage system will check and approve applications within three minutes after the users fill in the information through the App.
