Liangjiang New Area issued 2,156 company business licenses from Oct 1 to Nov 10, liangjiang.gov.cn reported.

“It is really convenient for us to apply for business licenses here at Liangjiang,” said Mr Deng, legal representative of Chongqing Meilian Marketing Company.

The new business license appliance procedure was launched on Oct 1. Since then all applicants only need to complete one set of forms to get their business licenses with their unique codes.

The new mechanism simplifies the registration process and redu ces the cost for entrepreneurs to register their companies.
