Liangjiang Environmental Protection Bureau is responsible for environmental protection in the industrial development park in Liangjiang New Area (which covers an area of 238 square kilometers) and in the free trade port zones.
It also has the authority to approve enterprises and projects under the jurisdiction of Liangjiang New Area, concerning an area of 1200 square kilometers.
