“Sky?Ocean?Wind”, an aquatic sports club, was inaugurated on the beach of Dongjiang Bay in Tianjin. The new club will improve services, enrich aquatic activities in the scenic area and meet the demand of people who love the sea.

The club owns 14 sailing boats, 16 sailboards and other waterskiing equipments. It has more than 1,200 members, some from other cities and provinces, such as Beijing and Heibei province. A sailing race (yacht racing) for people from Beijing and Tianjin has been co-organised by the Dongjiang Bay Scenic Services Company and the “Sky?Ocean?Wind” club to be held in September. The nationwide sailing camp for youngsters is expected to begin during the summer holiday.

The Dongjiang Bay scenic area is a popular choice for relaxation, vacation and recreation for people, especially for those living in Tianjin and Beijing. Visitors are drawn to the area for its two-kilometer-long coastline that complements the neighboring entertainment and leisure facilities.
