Zhao Zhengyong, governor of Shaanxi Province, and Feng Lun, representative of Qin businessmen, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.
Zhao said Shaanxi will enhance the core competitiveness of its enterprises to attract more investment. He also hopes that Shaanxi businessmen can participate in the construction of Shaanxi to support its development using their rich recourses.
According to Feng, Shaanxi businessmen could bring lots of information to Shaanxi to open the market. Advanced systems would also be brought to Shaanxi to promote institutional innovation.
Meanwhile, Shaanxi businessmen are eager to cooperate with Xi'an-Xianyang New District through the industrial fund.
In addition, Shaanxi businessmen can not only bring money to Shaanxi's development, but also talents, especially entrepreneurial talents, to create a safe, value-added and innovative environment in Shaanxi.
Shaanxi Businessmen Association was established to promote the economic development of Shaanxi Province.
