How to care for the elders

As china's economy grows rapidly and more people choose to raise one child,
it is very difficult for young men or women to care for the four aging parents.
Young people always complain that they face lots of pressures with caring for
the elders. How the aging people can be cared well is a hot topic in recent
years.In my opinion, we,our government and our society can do just as
follows.
Firstly, our government should adopt more effective measures in
order to make the elders have enough pensions. Then the elders will feel that
they can support themself and don't worry about their own living expenses.
Because the elders people always concern about a lot of things, such as pressure
of their children. When they get enough money,they can live smoothly and feel
happy everyday. So our government should establish a effective mangement system
to make sure that most of elders can get their pensions. However, it si still
very difficult in china to enable old people having pensions.
Secondly,I
think that every young people should take responsiblity to take care of their
old parents. Yous parents have taken great efforts to bring you up. So when they
get old,you should let your parents know that you care about them and you can do
something for them. In my opinion, the most important thing for young people is
not to make your parents feel lonely. Because every elder are afraid of being
lonely. As the sons or daughters of your parents,you shuold try your best to
spend more time with your parents even when you are very busy. Elders not only
need help,but also need the happy moment with their sons or
daughters.
Thirdly, whole society should be in favor of elders' activities.
The society should provide necessary space for the elders to take part in some
activities. Through the activities,they can enjoy the happy time with their
friends and other elders. Besides,the society should educate the young men or
women to care for the aging people. Our society should make them know that it is
their duties to make elders' life more convenient. If the whole society realize
importance of respecting the elders, then our society will be more harmonious
and perfect.
In conclusion,I want to note that elders are very important to our society.They have done great contribution to our society. When they grows old,they deserve more respect from us,especially youth. Let us pay more attention to elders'life. Then our society will become more beautiful. Of course,to achieve this goal, we must do lots of joint efforts and still have a long way ahead.
