Heads of Teleperformance, a global outsourcing company, and its Chinese branch, Teleperformance China (Beijing) visited the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone on April 9 to explore the investment environment.

Zhao Guohong, deputy director of the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone economic promotion bureau outlined the Zone’s rich resources, development planning, preferential policies and leading industries such as new energy, biological pharmaceutics and IT. The two sides discussed ways for potential cooperation.

Teleperformance is a leading outsourcing company based in France, specialized in customer service, technical support, call center, debt collection and the social media. It conducts programs for more than 1,000 companies in 55 countries in various industries, including telecommunications, logistics, electronic commerce and pharmaceutical.
