The center has a technical committee and an experienced technology R&D and project management team, which includes three academicians from the Academy of Engineering in the water supply and drainage department, a Russian academician, and Changjiang Scholars.

It has technologically constructed a comprehensive anti-water pollution system based on the healthy urban water cycle and a new ecological rural system focused on circular economy construction. It also has a series of applicable new technology for the coal chemical industry and printing and dyeing industry.
