Liu Guixiang

Member of the Supreme People’s Court judicial committee (vice-minister level), and Grand Justice of the second rank

Liu was born in March 1963, in Yanjin county, Henan province. He studied international law at the University of International Business and Economics Law School and has a PhD in law. He began work in July 1987 and joined the Communist Party July 1986 and is now a member of the Supreme People’s Court’s judicial committee, president of the First Circuit Court, and director of the law enforcement dept of the Supreme People's Court.
