Women make lanterns in Huquan town, Guangling county, Aug 24. The county is famous for its homemade handicrafts, including paper cuttings and lanterns. With the support of local government, an arts and crafts production company was established at the beginning of 2018 which employed and trained more than 200 local residents, giving them new skills and providing them with an income.
