The Shanghai Chenshan Botanicial Garden, known as the largest botanical garden in East China, is home to approximately 10,000 plant species.

An annual showcase of water lilies is currently underway at the botanical garden, with more than 10,000 plant specimens of over 300 species on display, including a new species exhibited at the 2021 China Flower Expo.

This year, the exhibition has five chapters and will feature exhibits in water tanks and ponds across the garden. Visitors who tour all five of the exhibition areas will have the opportunity to receive a gift from the visitors' center until the exhibition ends on Sept 18.
