When Le Meridien Sheshan Shanghai Hotel, in the city of Shanghai's Sheshan National Tourist Resort, won the China Hotel Golden Pillow Award, on Nov 3, it put the hotel among China's Top 10 resort hotels.

The Golden-Pillow Awards are one of Asia's most authoritative methods for picking the best hotels in China. They attract several hundred 5-star hotels for the competition each year and are based on the opinion of experts, business elites, and the public, who vote online, for a more authoritative conclusion.

This is Le Meridien Sheshan's sixth time to get the award. It has also been voted one of China's most popular hotels three times.
