The China Electronic Technology Group Corporation (CETC)-Shanghai Electronic Information Park covers an area of 66.67 hectares and is a significant base for the software and electronic information development of CETC.

Focusing on cloud computing content networking synchronization, smart city and information services, fundamental software and independent controllable platforms, and electronic dealing and processing, it strives to develop into a strategic platform integrated with enterprises, market cooperation, industrial clusters and collaborative development to promote the development of the emerging industry in Shanghai.

The park is located in Zhangjiang Jiading Park with a total construction area of 260,000 square meters, and its phase-one project covers an area of 20 hectares. Its functions include R&D, quality control, manufacturing, testing and evaluation, and meeting and training to provide comprehensive support and services guarantees for CETC's information service industry.

The first batch of settled enterprises include Shanghai East-China Computer Co Ltd, the No 32 Research Institute and CETC Software Information Service Co Ltd. CETC Software Information Service Co Ltd is co-invested by CETC and the Shanghai government with a total investment value of 2 billion yuan ($330 million).

Its investors seek to develop it into a leading enterprise in the software and information industry in China. It is expected to realize income of 20-30 billion yuan in 2015, with revenue of 1-1.5 billion yuan. It is expected to realize sales revenue of 80 billion yuan by 2020.

Its major products include software development and application, network management platform construction and information technology solutions.
