Zhou Changkui leads survey group to Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

Zhou Changkui, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, visited Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics on September 14. Zhou inspected the introduction work of foreign experts in the university and its “Yuegong I” national key laboratory. Zhou met with academic leaders and discussed the introduction of foreign experts to universities with them.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
