The "Excellent Youth Station" in Zhangjiagang Metallurgical Industrial Park was recognized as an "Outstanding Voluntary Service" in 2012.

Great attention has been paid to the "Excellent Youth Station" by governments, organizations, companies and young Party members since the voluntary program was established.

The first group of 32 young volunteers has helped 25 children. They carried out the "We Are Family" project to care for children and enhance their study and living conditions. Themed activities such as "One Plus One" and "Wishing Tree" won widespread support and recognition in this area.
