Running through the eyes of an Wuxi Marathoner

"I'm wearing Hanfu today because I want to add some fun along the way. After running so many marathons, beating my last record isn't my only goal. I like to slow down for about 10 minutes and just enjoy the scenery", said Kayster Liu from Nice Running Club in Nanjing.

"I love it. Running for me means not only challenging myself, but also relaxing and enjoying nature. It's about meeting friends, getting together and exercising" said German runner Labella Patrick.

Eurice Van Zijl from South Africa said that it's really just a matter of keeping yourself disciplined and motivated. "Because if you can apply some discipline in your training you'll be able to apply discipline in all other areas of yourself. So it's just all about really becoming the best you can be, like the best version of yourself you can possibly be and that's why I run!"
