Some representatives believe that it's important to gather more and more talents to achieve quality development for Wuxi.

The city started to develop the Internet of Things industry earlier than most other cities in China which has yielded fruitful results. However, Wuxi should continue introducing more high-end talents to strengthen the advantageous industry.

The representatives suggest that besides bringing in talents, the city should also cultivate them locally. Colleges in Wuxi should cooperate with universities in Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing to establish schools or offer new courses related to the city's industrial development.
