10. Notes

a.The participants should read the terms of the event disclaimer carefully, and once registration is confirmed, they will be deemed to have read and agreed to the disclaimer.

b.Participants are asked to fill in their information as truthfully and realistically as possible as the organizing committee will verify the information. If it is discovered that false information has been used to obtain competition qualifications, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the qualifications of the participant.

c.After participants receive their event qualifications, the event and the individual’s information cannot be changed. If a participant’s eligibility and bib is transferred to others, the registered participant and substitute runner will both be considered to be in violation of the rules, and shall be held responsible for all consequences.

C. Pick-up Information

1. Pick-up Time

14:00 — 20:00 Thursday, 16 March, 2017

09:00 — 20:00 Friday, 17 March 2017

09:00 — 22:00 Saturday, 18 March 2017

2. Pick-up Location:

Wuxi New Sports Center (1500 Taihu Dadao, Wuxi)

3. Pick-up Instructions

The race bib, bracelet and timing chip must be picked up by the participant after registration using valid identification (the original document). A representative may not be used. The participant shall bring the following materials:

a.The participant’s valid, original identification (second-generation identification, passport, Hong Kong-Macau identification, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, etc.);

b.The participant’s competition number (participants may save the message sent by the organizing committee containing the competition number or record the number themselves);

4. Pick-up Procedure

a. Competition items pick-up area: Participants shall go to the appropriate window and present valid, original identification to get their race number, bracelet, timing chip and race bib. The competition bracelet must be attached by members of the organizing committee at the site of the competition. It will allow participants to enter the competition and get their proof of race completion after the event. It will not be valid if it is destroyed.

b. Competition packet pick-up area: participants can take a voucher and get in line at any window to pick up their things.

c. Race clothes pick-up area: participants can take a voucher and get in line at the window that has sizes suitable for the participant

d. The timing chip inspection window can conduct testing of the timing chip. After testing of the chip, if there are any questions, participants may contact the organizing committee staff for help.
