Kunshan Haoshun Travel Company Limited was founded in 2009, and is under the administration and guidance of Kunshan Municipal Tourism Bureau. It has a total investment of thirty million yuan ($489 million), and its main business focuses on the development and management of water transport and tourism at the Loujiang River Landscape Park, for the purpose of improving and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of Kunshan residents by increasing the number of public leisure venues.

A total of 38 kinds of tourist boats operate at three piers: Zhengyang Bridge Chaoyang Gate Pier, East Great Bridge Zhenchuan Park Pier, and City Residents Cultural Square Pier. One boat tour sets off at the area from the Loujiang River Zhujiang Road Bridge to the east of the West Great Bridge, and heads to the city Circular River and old town.

The company's existing cruises include: two boats (Zhihe and Zhenchuan), with a capacity of 20 passengers, for business meetings and leisure, a tour boat (Haoshun No 006) that can carry 26 passengers as a group or as individual visitors, two electric powered small boats that can carry?six passengers - which is suitable for families. In addition, two ragtop upholstery boats can carry 16 passengers and are suitable as a venue to entertain friends, 27 small electric powered boats, and six foot paddle boats.
