This plaza is in Xingsha, adjacent to the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, on an 110,000-square-meter area with two floors, one aboveground the other below.
The main floor has plants covering 70 percent of it with a large music fountain and large TV screen, making it an ideal place for leisure activities. Belowground there is a commercial center with a supermarket, clothing brands, a snack street, fitness center, skating rink and Karaoke bar, making it one of the Dongcheng district’s biggest leisure and shopping centers.
