This hotel is a 5-star, 20-story hotel with a four-story wing, on a 35,000-square-meter site, just northeast of the Changsha county government building. It was built by the Hunan Kaiyuan Real Estate Co in a simple but modern design, with elegant, tasteful interior decorations.
It has standard, deluxe and single rooms, and presidential suites that are large, comfortable and well-equipped.
