The organizing committee of Huaqiao Economic Development Zone signed a contract with the Jiansu City Layout Research Institution on Feb 25 to set up a new branch concentrating on city lay-out planning, infrastructure building and organizing together with traffic and travel net weaving.
Zhang Jianwen, Huaqiao committee’s deputy director, was among officials from both entities to participate in a contract signing ceremony. Zhang said the two parties will work together to create a “top-class city layout planning team” to build a new Huaqiao.
