Ruzhou has 18 construction projects that have been listed as major projects by the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
These projects cover areas such as the forestry and water industry, coal mining, transportation and social undertakings.
One of the projects includes Yuda Ceramic Tiles Factory's project to produce 20 million square meters of porcelain bricks annually. Ruzhou city is the home of Ru porcelain and famous for its porcelain art.
