A one-year quality improvement project for Party-leading cadres that began in April is being carried out in Ruzhou.
As part of the project, Zhou Xiaozheng, a professor at Renmin University, gave a report on socially pertinent issues to leading cadres on Aug 21.
By holding knowledge contests, speech contests, lectures, and rural area classes as well as other activities, the project aims to enrich leading cadres with knowledge in various fields.
