The Photographers Association in Ruzhou city organized a series of photographic activities last year. More than 30 people and nearly one hundred pieces of works won national, provincial and municipal awards in 2011.
More than 10 works of Guo Jingzhou, Hu Haiwei, Yu Hongwei, Li Xinjian, Wang Zhibin, Dou Huixia and Chen Wenli received national photographic prizes. Hu Haiwei, Li Xinjian, Dou Huixia were also enrolled as members of Henan Photographers Association.
To enhance the members' photographic skills and the level of artistic creation, the Ruzhou Photographer Association carried out communication and learning activities and collected and created thematic competitions. This made positive contributions to the culture construction in Ruzhou city.
