Founded in 1987, CITIC Travel Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China CITIC Group, which specializes in the businesses of inbound and outbound travel, domestic tours, and visa services.

It has set up holding subsidiary companies in Henan, Xi’an, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Datong, Guangdong, Xinjiang, Tianjin, and Qingdao, and has established China’s first Sino-Japan joint venture travel company, JTB New Century International Tours Co., Ltd., and the Sino-foreign joint venture, Beijing CITIC Rising Star Tourism Development Co., Ltd.
For many years, our company has won the title of “Zi Jin Cup Best Advanced Unit” in the Beijing tourism industry and the National Top 100 International Travel Agencies, and has wedged itself into the national list of the 10 best international travel agencies. It also won the 22nd Spanish Taurus Awards for superior services in the international tourism, hotel, and catering industry. It has been recommended as one of the first batch of 20 creditable travel agencies by the Beijing Municipal Administration of Tourism.
