2) Approval document issued by the approval authority (not required for those not involving in approval);

3) Letter of notice issued by the original registration authority;

4) Resolution made by the company (to which the branch is affiliated) in accordance with laws;

5) Appointment documents of the responsible person;

6) Certificate of site use for business operation;

7) Photocopy of business license of the company;

8) Other relevant documents.
