Eligibility requirements:
1. Based on Article 47 of the Regulations of Company Registration, the name of a branch shall be in conformity with the relevant provisions of the State. The business scope of a branch shall not exceed that of the parent company.
2. Compliance with China's industrial policies.
3. Effective pre-licensing or approval documents.
