Located in Pingba county, Anshun city, Guizhou, ABP is an economic center of Central Guizhou, according to the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015). The park is 5 kilometers from the county town and covers a total area of 10 square kilometers, benefiting from a comforting climate, level land and open terrain.

It is adjacent to scenic spots, such as the Huangguoshu Waterfall, Longgong Scenic Spot, Huaxi Shili Wetland Beach, Tiansheng Bridge, Zhijin Cave, Miao Village and Mount Fanjing.

There are 17 rivers flowing through the county, with a drainage area of 775 square kilometers, and runoff volume of 5.03 billion square kilometers.

With the purpose of boosting Guizhou’s economic development, speeding up the building of Gui’an New District, and making Leping Industrial Park into a demonstration zone of an inland open economy and a first-class high-tech park featuring the ABP, with an international business district, a production base of pollution-free food, a high-technology incubator, a bioengineering industrial park, an equipment manufacturing base and a coastal economy industrial park, will be constructed in the Leping Industrial Park.

The high-tech park is to be a new engine of Central Guizhou’s economy, culture and technology.

The ABP has an area of 10 square kilometers and covers a populous of 300 million people within a 400 km radius around the park, of whom 200 million are potential consumers of the project.

Market prospect prediction

Guizhou ABP centers on ecological environmental protection and economic construction and targets a demonstration zone of new industrial functions, with the theme of livelihood projects. It plans to attract 180 billion yuan of investment.

Guizhou ABP is a first-class high-tech park that centers on an international business district, a production base of pollution-free food, a high-technology incubator, a bioengineering industrial park, an equipment manufacturing base and a coastal economy industrial park.

(1) The business district of the ABP integrates office areas in free-standing villas, research and development in high-rise buildings, business hotels, staff hardbound apartments, high-end clubs and recreation, and will be arranged in the international business district. It can provide a favorable work environment for 1,000 companies.

(2) Green Food Industrial Park has a planning area of 2.5 square kilometers. Phrase Ⅰwill build processing bases for high quality grain, oil, meat, milk, vegetables, fruit, beverage and agricultural by-products, with 3 billion yuan of investment in an area of one square kilometers.

(3) The high-tech industrial park has a planning area of 1,333,333?square meters?and prioritizes the research and manufacturing of high-tech products (primarily in the IT, microelectronic technology and fine machinery manufacturing industries) and features advanced manufacturing technology, new materials, environmental protection industry, sci-tech consultation, venture capital investment and supporting finance and business.

(4) The bioengineering industrial park, with a planning area of 2 square kilometers, includes a core area focusing on researching incubation, an agglomeration area of technical innovation, an innovation center, an incubator of middle and small-sized bio-pharmaceutical enterprises, covering modern Chinese medicine, synthetic drugs, blood products, medical apparatus and instruments, medicine packaging and so on.

(5) The equipment manufacturing base, with an area of 3 square kilometers, will develop aeronautic and other related auxiliary equipment, auto parts manufacturing and LED lights, relying mainly on Guizhou’s aerospace industry advantages.
