The Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, the national road G60, and high-grade highways, including Guiyang-Huangguoshu, Liupanshui-Huangguoshu and Guanling-Xingyi.

With the guidance of Guizhou’s Tourism Comprehensive Development Planning and The National Strategy of Developing Tourism vigorously, the development and construction project of Huangguoshu-Longgong Eco-cultural Tourist Resort is included in the key projects of Anshun’s 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) and tourism development planning.

Overall Planning of Huangguoshu Scenic Spot and Overall Planning of Longgong Scenic Spot have been completed, in addition to topographic reconnaissance and tourist fast tracks.

Construction content

(1) Target location

A national park integrating landscapes and leisure resorts

(2) Functional planning

It will mainly provide travel consultation and recreation, except for a visitor center, a large-scale fairground, a rest center, a high-end business exhibition center, a five-star business hotel, a culture-themed town and tourist real estate development.

(3) Spatial arrangement

It will develop Huanglong Lake, with a water channel between Huangguoshu and Longgong, connecting the two national 5A scenic areas' water. Thus, two giants will merge through a tourist loop line.

(4) Plan

The main project of Huangguoshu-Longgong eco-cultural tourist resort is to construct tourist facilities to drive the transformation of Huangguoshu and Longgong scenic spots.

It focuses on project construction, such as Langgong international ecotourism holiday resort, Shitouzhai Scenic Spot, Baling Scenis Spot, Huangguoshu starred hotels, Huangguoshu ethnic cultural industrial park and Huangguoshu tourist commodities processing Expo park, optimal construction of support facilities in Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Spot, Tianxingqiao Scenic Spot and Dishuitan Scenic Spot, as well as Longgong five-star resort hotels, an international convention center, mountain golf, Dragon culture-themed town, Youcaihu Scenic Spot and Xianrenqing Scenic Spot.
