The progress of the intelligent broadcast and TV system construction in Guian New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province won plenty of appreciation from more than 150 experts from across the nation as they visited the area's Beidouwan VR Town on Nov 22.
During the visit, the experts were introduced to the basics of the system, which is to be constructed in every village and household in the area, and witnessed Guian's efforts to successfully apply the system by visiting areas where it is being put to use.
Fused with the internet, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the broadcast and TV system has had effective and remarkable results in several aspects, such as integrated video surveillance, remote television libraries, intelligent lectures, medical inquiries and intelligent set-top box. All these achievements have brought huge convenience to the masses and were highly praised by the experts.
The local government will accelerate the process of transferring and upgrading the broadcast and TV system and try their best to keep the leading position in the construction of intelligent broadcast and TV systems in China through a brand-new development pattern with high-quality programming, construction and advancement.
