The construction of talent towns on Shubo Avenue in Guiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development Area, Guizhou province began on Aug 30.
According to a high-level employee of Guiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development Area, the talent towns will provide a sense of belonging and attract more talents to Guiyang.
There will be seven talent towns located on Shubo Avenue. The towns will support high quality development in Guiyang.
As an important part of the talent towns, the Zhigu Talent Apartment is located to the south of Guizhou Science City and will have an overall floorage of 158,000 square meters.
The apartment will adhere to international standards and will become an ecological, low density apartment which integrates businesses, residences and offices. The main structure of the apartment will be finished by the end of June 2019.
In addition, Guiyang will promote the development of Shubo Avenue and make Guiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development Area, the core area of China's Big Data Valley, a global center for technology talent and emerging industries.
During recent years, Guiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development Area has established platforms to attract high level talents and provide big data training which relies on professional training institutions of NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology) and APTECH.
