The year 2020 has been designated by China as the year to complete its mission of "building a moderately prosperous society in all respects" and completing the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-20) by decisively winning its battle against poverty.

The Cyberspace Administration of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee and the Guangxi Radio and Television Station cooperated with 14 districts and cities in the region to jointly produce 15 short videos, showcasing the successful experiences and achievements in Guangxi's poverty alleviation efforts.

The short video focusing on Hechi was directed by the Hechi cyberspace administration and produced by the Hechi Radio and Television Station. The short video uses the four seasons as the timeline to show the spirit of perseverance of Hechi residents, as well as their happy and peaceful life.
