Shoulu Mountain?is a national forest park at the border of Gansu province, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia Hui autonomous regions.

The mountain covers an area of 1,086 hectares, of which one fourth of the land is forest. The scenic area is 39 kilometers away from Jingtai county, Gansu province, and is called “Green Island in the Desert” because of the surrounding Gobi desert.

Many plants and animals can be found in the mountain, such as blue sheep and saker.

Dedicated tourist traffic lines have opened linking Shoulu Mountain and Lanzhou city and Baiyin city, with six touring buses.

Visitors can also enjoy horseback riding in the scenic area.
