A delegation made up of more than 100 model workers in Fujian province visited the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone on May 25 to learn about its development situation.

The model workers represent all circles of society. It was the first time they went on a group tour in Pingtan.

The workers were impressed with Pingtan’s progress over the past few years.

Lin Zehua, deputy director of the housing and urban construction bureau in Pucheng county, Nanping city, said Pingtan already has mature development conditions and should accelerate investment to advance construction.

Pang Teng, from the housing security and management bureau of Taijiang district in Fuzhou, praised an integrated ditch of various pipelines, saying it was a great civil project.
