Landscape renovation project starts in Pingnan

A landscape renovation project was started in Changfen River, Pingnan county, Fujian province on July 11.

The project with a total investment of 8.35 million yuan ($1.34 million) and a length of 1.8 kilometers along the shore, starts from Beilong Bridge in the north of Pingnan and ends up at Changfen Bridge in the south.

The project aims to provide a leisure place for residents and tourists covering many areas of work: greening, road reconstruction, nightscape lighting, maintenance of bridges and handrails, construction of overwater buildings and public fitness facilities.
