Apart from diversifying trainer resources, BiMBA adopts more internationalised training method to direct students to flexibly master comprehensive business skills, and “In-company Consultancy Project” is right one innovation in this regard. However, the “In-company Consultancy Project” is a compulsory course, making up about 20% of total courses. In the project, full-time students shall complete the counselling project with special topic and mission for enterprises in two months, which provides students with opportunity of applying their knowledge in practice, in order to lay firm foundation for future work. As to part-time students, they can leverage such opportunity to complete an internal counselling project upon their companies' actual demands.
