Zhang Laiming attends regional cooperation and development forum
Zhang Laiming, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), took part in the 10th Pan-Pearl River Regional Cooperation & Development Forum and Economic & Trade Fair in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, from Oct 11 – 13, when he also made a keynote speech about regional cooperation under the new economic situation.
Hou Yongzhi, DRC's director-general of Development Strategy and Regional Economy Dept, attended the forum.
