DRC 2014 research series press conference opens in Beijing

The DRC 2014 research series press conference and think tank forum took place in Beijing, on Sep 13, when Li Wei, minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), gave a keynote speech on "Building New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics and Promoting Modern National Governance."
A DRC Vice-Minister Han Jun concluded the forum and presided over the first session of the forum, with Zhang Junkuo, also a vice-minister of the DRC, making a general introduction to the research series produced by DRC as well as the research findings of a 2013 DRC major research project titled "Causes, Challenges and Measures to Growth Transition."
Long Guoqiang, director General of DRC's General Office, delivered a keynote speech at the first forum session and presided over the research series press conference and the forum's second session.
The conference was held by China Development Press under the guidance of DRC.
