Abstract：
On the basis of researches on the impact of the unsmooth financing channel upon the operation risks of stock companies, the article makes a comparative study on the main channels for inside and outside financing of the stock companies. It raises some policy suggestions for expanding financing channels for stock companies: to actively explore financing accesses for the official listing of stock companies and ways for issuing financial bonds; to allow stock companies to get loans through fixed assets mortgage; to give permission to banks to provide loans to stock companies on certain professional items; to promote the merger and acquisition of those state-holding small and medium-sized stock companies with poor operation; and to actively create conditions for the establishment of stock financial companies.
