Abstract:
Settlement is a key problem affects the trade and investment between China and Russia. The low credit level of country and bank, the imperfect financial system is restrictions to the development of China-Russia international trade. Both China and Russia should strengthen the finanical cooperation and communication to solve the problems in the area of settlement and foreign exchange supervision of China-Russia international trade.
