According to research, the psychological condition of civil servants in the Northeastern China regions is much higher than that of other regions, while the overall condition of the psychological health of civil servants in the provincial-level public sectors is much better than those working in Central government departments and also those in the county or town government departments.
Research shows that the stress of working is not the main cause of their psychological health problems.
